Mr. Md. Torikul Islam, the founder of Target Innovations, completed his Graduation and Post-Graduation from the Department of English, University of Dhaka. He had also completed his MBA in HRM from the same university.

Mr. Md. Torikul Islam is the founder of Target Innovations. Prior to founding it he founded the GoodHope Consultancy House, GoodHope Consulting Limited and GoodHope Assure Limited.

Prior to founding GoodHope Consultancy House Mr. Islam, worked with MetLife Bangladesh (ex American Life Insurance Company) for the period of January 2006 to July 2013 as Relationship Manager at Corporate Solutions Department. Later he joined with Sunlife Insurance Company Limited as Assistant Managing Director & Head of Corporate Business in July 2013 and continued there till April 2014. Finally, he joined with Fareast Islami Life Insurance Company Limited as Assistant Managing Director & Head of Corporate Business in April 2014 and continued there till March 2018.

Kaowchar Hasan

Incharge, Admin & Accounts

Mr. Kaowchar Hasan, Incharge, Admin & Accounts completed his Graduation from the Department of Finance & Banking, under the National University of Bangladesh. He has been working with GoodHope Insure Ltd. from October 2023.

Prior to joining GoodHope Insure Ltd. Mr. Hasan worked with Aarong (a subsidiary company of BRAC) and Easy Fashion Ltd. for a period of 3 years.
